The legal entity responsible for providing a particular service depends on the merchant’s contracting entity, product, and market. The applicable entity and service terms are identified in the merchant agreement and onboarding documentation.
Market Availability
References to a country, market, currency, payment method, bank, or payment network on this website describe service availability or technical coverage only.
Such references do not, by themselves, mean that VamosPago or every VamosPago-related entity is licensed, registered, or directly regulated in that jurisdiction.
Local Entities and Partners
Depending on the service and market, payment services may be provided through local VamosPago entities, licensed financial institutions, acquiring banks, payment institutions, payment networks, or other regulated partners.
Where a third party provides a regulated service, that party remains responsible for the regulated activities within the scope described in the applicable merchant agreement.
Licenses and Registrations
VamosPago publishes a license, registration, or regulatory authorization only after the relevant legal entity, authorization type, registration number, service scope, validity, and official verification source have been confirmed.
A company registration, tax registration, Money Services Business registration, pending license application, partner-held authorization, and security certification are different forms of information and should not be interpreted as equivalent.
Security Certifications
Technical or security certifications, including PCI DSS documentation where applicable, are not financial-services licenses. Information about security controls and certifications is available on our Security page.
No General Solicitation
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide a regulated payment service in a jurisdiction where the relevant service is not available or where the applicable regulatory requirements have not been satisfied.
